Shipping Delays

Carrier delays caused by weather, holidays or events outside our control may occur after a package has been accepted by the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before ordering. Orders sent to an incorrectly entered address may require additional postage to reship.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Contact us within 7 days if your package is lost or arrives damaged and we'll work with you to resolve it.
